Use these heavy-duty combination incubator and orbital shakers for cell cultures, solubility studies, bacterial suspensions, and extraction procedures. Independent controls for speed, temperature, and time and an intuitive touchpad make it easy to set and view the parameters. Digital speed control offers reliable and repeatable shaking speed.
Heat samples up to 65 °C. A special Opti-Flow™ forced-air ventilation system provides excellent temperature uniformity without blowing air directly onto the samples. Fine tune and calibrate up to three temperature setpoints, ensuring exceptional temperature accuracy. Built with operator safety in mind, a “Caution Hot” indicator illuminates if the chamber air temperature is above 40 °C (104 °F).
Set the timer to display accumulated time (continuous mode) or remaining time (timed mode) from 1 second to 9999 minutes. The RS-232 serial port provides two-way communication between the shaker and a PC for data logging and unit control.
